I purchased the extended service after reading reviews about the compressor failing. It has the largest capacity of any refrigerator we looked at. If it does fail I will be back to provide an additional review.

I was able to order additional door bins and shelves so I an now satisfied with the storage options. I wrote LG corporate headquarters to notify them of my horrible experience with LG and to ensure that they knew that I was unhappy with their product and their customer service.
