I have a LG LSXS26326S refrigerator that has quit cooling, the compressor is running but condenser is room temperature and the coils are the same temperature, not hot or cold.Freezer side is cool, refrigerator side is room temperature, it’s only 3 years old,does it need Freon?
I touched the coils below and they are cool to the touch, upper parts are cooler.

Evaporator fan in freezer/fridge runs -- seems like only when I open the freezer door??! After 3 months the evaporator coil in the fridge froze up and the unit would no longer cool due to obstructed airflow. Eventually they replaced the motherboard due to a known issue with the defrost cycle timing.

Check to see that the mullion flap is collapsed properly, ensuring good seal for the doors.

Now I know why it was on special! They are working correctly.
